Located on 95 acres adjoining the Houston Ship Channel, Industrial Terminals, LP provides 1,700 feet of deep water berths (soon to increase to 2,050 feet), a 1,500-foot barge terminal, covered warehousing, a roll-on/roll-off area, ample rail and truck access, and extensive cargo marshalling areas. Multiple deep water and barge berths allow numerous vessels to be serviced simultaneously. Recently completed and operating is the new Kavanagh dock designed to the heaviest load standards of any facility in the region. The dock is capable of working vessels 550 feet long and drafts up to 33 feet, has two gantry mounted cranes, each rated at a maximum capacity of 200 tons, and provides direct shipside rail access. Currently, the terminal is about to complete the expansion of its main dock which will add 325 feet to the existing dock and bring the berth to a length of 1,050 feet - enough to dock two of Intermarine’s largest vessels.
Stevedoring and terminal activities are provided by Gulf Stream Marine, Houston’s leading general/project cargo handling company. Inland heavy haulage transport can be provided by Mammoet USA who maintains a depot of equipment at the facility. The terminal handles in excess of one million revenue tons of cargo a year for Intermarine and operates to all MTSA-ISPS standards.

Industrial Terminals is ideally located on the north shore of the Houston Ship Channel at Greens Bayou. Quick access is available to Interstate 10 via Industrial Road and Federal Road. Rail service is provided by the PTRA over their zone 20, track 911.
Fully equipped to handle your project cargo, rolling stock, tubular goods, containers, and bulk sacked and palletized material, Industrial Terminals along with Gulf Stream Marine provides full service capabilities for all breakbulk cargoes. Using a proprietary cargo management software system, DOCKDATA, the terminal is unique to the industry in its Value Added Service approach.

Industrial Terminals is now offering Express Delivery Lanes to expedite the delivery of pre-cleared cargo. Desgnated as ITEX, this new service allows trucks that have provided delivery information in advance to go directly to the cargo laydown yard and have the cargo received on a priority basis.
