Intermarine and its Venezuelan affiliate Linea Naviera Paramaconi offer Venezuela the most complete gateway for all types of cargoes from any point throughout the world. From Houston, Intermarine offers multiple sailings every week with the fastest and most frequent service to Guanta, Maracaibo, Puerto Cabello, and Guaranao. Service to ports in the Orinoco as well as the Caribbean is added as required.

Using the world’s most modern fleet of multi-purpose vessels, Intermarine can easily carry containers, general breakbulk cargo, and heavy lifts. We also offer Ro/Ro capabilities for pieces up to 90 meters long and weights in excess of 1,000 metric tons. The core of the fleet is comprised of about 20 vessels most built in the last seven years with a DWT of 4-8,000. The vessels all have a box hold, single hatch design, and dual port side mounted cranes capable of maximum lifts of up to 500 metric tons - The perfect match to handle the diverse cargoes in the Venezuelan market. With these vessels cargo handling is not only efficient, but also extremely safe.

In Venezuela, we have complemented our market leading ocean transport service with full service transport logistics and crane erection services. With two offices (in Caracas and Guanta), an extensive agency network, and joint ventures with some of the worlds leading inland logistic companies—Intermarine can deliver virtually any size piece to any point in the country.

Intermarine also provides Venezuelan flag landing craft services to remote areas in Venezuela including, most importantly, Los Barrancos on the Orinoco as well as the Cryogenic Jetty at Jose.

Additionally, from the waterside at Jose (a site of major petrochemical plant construction) to the jobsites, Intermarine provides heavy-haul inland transport utilizing multi-axle self-propelled modular trailers (SPMTs). This capability allows the safe hauling of manufactured pieces of almost any size or weight. When paired with our heavy lift ships and the shallow draft accessibility offered by barge and landing craft, Intermarine can provide total logistics transport from worldwide origins to the Venezuelan plant or construction site

For transport to and in Venezuela, Intermarine has all the pieces of the puzzle already put together. Ocean service includes multiple sailings per week from our primary loadcenter in Houston, Texas; monthly service direct from Japan & Korea to Venezuela and intermediate service via Houston; and custom constructed voyages from Europe to meet exact shipping schedules. Whether by positioning a ship from our fleet, or drawing upon one of the many other modern project/heavy lift vessels available to us through owner relationship agreements, we can respond to your immediate needs. Once in Venezuela, Intermarine offers shallow draft cargo delivery to Jose or points up the Orinoco, heavy-haul inland transport, and heavy-lift site erection services.

While others speak of potential, Intermarine has the ability on the water and on the ground today.

Intermarine specializes in custom voyages and offers US Flag Services any where in the world.
